Christian Rupp has been successfully leading people for over 25 years. He supports them to achieve their goals and visions and to make more out of their lives, privately and professionally. In his mentoring sessions, their personal potentials and their calling are uncovered in order to move into a happy and fulfilled life. He has worked his way up from the bottom, spent over 13 years as an independent entrepreneur in various industries, and has coached startups in the background. He has helped numerous people take charge of their lives or leadership roles. At the end of his 30-year marriage and after an overburdening triple IT leadership role, he experienced exhaustion depression and burnout with time off.
In the absence of market offers, he actively tackled his reorientation with the help of international coaches and mentors. With his experience and knowledge in personal development and transformations
out of crisis situations, he has developed the proven Life Performance System.
